Can SHOUTcast-compatible software connect to AzuraCast?

Compatible applications can work with the right settings. Icecast mode may be appropriate. Check your application and test with your own station connection details.

Can I keep my old listening URL?

That depends on your current setup and control of the website and domain. Keeping an old server URL is not automatic.
