Check space and limits
See in your hosting panel which storage is used. Other limits, such as the number of files or available temporary space, can also play a role. Share the exact error message with support.
Find the cause
Large backups, logs, caches and uploads can use a lot of space. Determine which files can be safely cleaned; do not delete any database files or unknown system data.
Spaciously focused on or expand your package
Move usable backups to a suitable other storage location. Set a storage period for logs and backups. If your normal usage approaches the limit, more storage is an appropriate option.
Test and keep checking
Check after recovery or write to the database, forms and uploads work again. Keep an eye on your storage usage so you can intervene earlier.
