Hosting, website services and clear costs
Website maintenance, security work and malware cleanup are not automatically included with a hosting plan. We agree these tasks separately, including any recurring service, paid licences or additional development. We do not publish an unconfirmed fixed price or response time.
Website migration is free when you take an annual hosting plan. A small fee per email account is discussed in advance. WordPress Hosting has no email facility; regular Web Hosting is the suitable starting point when you want business email alongside the website.

Is maintenance included with WordPress Hosting?
Hosting and website maintenance are different services. Maintenance is included only when agreed separately.
Will every plugin remain available?
That cannot be guaranteed. Developers may change software or stop support. We discuss consequences and alternatives when relevant.
Can you update content too?
Yes, by agreement. Copy changes, new pages and extensions are scoped separately from maintenance.
