Op de cPanel-omgeving van Drechthosting worden de back-ups geregeld met Backuply. Een back-up is een kopie waarmee je gegevens kunt terughalen als bijvoorbeeld een update mislukt. Backuply voor hostingservers is iets anders dan de losse WordPress-plugin: je hoeft die plugin niet te installeren voor onze serverback-ups.<\/p>\n

Wil je iets terugzetten?<\/h3>\n

  1. Noteer je domeinnaam, wat er misgaat en wanneer de website nog goed werkte.<\/li>\n
  2. Bekijk in cPanel of Backuply en herstelpunten voor jouw account beschikbaar zijn. Zie je de optie niet? Vraag ons om hulp.<\/li>\n
  3. Bespreek welke bestanden, database of andere gegevens je wilt herstellen. Beschikbare herstelpunten en opties kunnen verschillen.<\/li>\n
  4. Controleer eerst welke recente wijzigingen bij het terugzetten verloren kunnen gaan. Maak indien mogelijk een extra kopie van de huidige gegevens.<\/li>\n
  5. Controleer na het herstel je website, formulieren en relevante gegevens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Drechthosting uses Backuply for backups in its cPanel environment. A backup is a copy that can help recover data after a failed update, for example. Backuply for hosting servers is separate from its WordPress plugin: you do not need that plugin for our server backups.<\/p>

    1. Note your domain, the problem and when the website last worked correctly.<\/li>
    2. Check whether Backuply and restore points are available for your account in cPanel. If the option is missing, ask us for help.<\/li>
    3. Discuss which files, database or other data need restoring. Available points and options may vary.<\/li>
    4. Check which recent changes could be lost during a restore. If possible, save another copy of the current data.<\/li>
    5. Afterwards, check your website, forms and relevant data.<\/li><\/ol>
